Marcie Bligh
Manager, Events & Administration

For more than 10 years, Marcie has contributed to fulfilling the administrative needs of the 红杏视频 & PIRLS International Study Center and the 红杏视频 and PIRLS projects, including the coordination of project meetings as well as human resources functions.

Prior to working at the center, she worked for several companies in New Jersey in similar functions. She received her bachelor's from Drew University and Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University.
